1. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly after purchase.

You may request a cancellation and full refund within 72 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within our stated processing and shipping timeframes.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect or damage is required.

Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you may keep the defective product.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or products damaged due to misuse.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The order is canceled within 72 hours and has not shipped 
  • The product arrives defective or damaged and is verified by our support team

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our products are intended for personal use as described on our website.

Improper use, modification, or failure to follow instructions voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.
